Julee worked at Star Chefs Congress helping to produce and create wine seminars for 5 years. She and the team decided upon topics for seminars, choosing panelists and speakers. Julee worked with various suppliers in the procurement of wines and sponsorship. She was the key person for all wine events, and managed the staff and all speakers throughout the event. Congress was an industry focus food and wine forum, where various top chefs and wine professionals gathered for a sharing of ideas.
